RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, the item can be returned for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and returned items must be in original, unused condition. Unfortunately, some customers overlook instructions, leading to unexpected results. Please note, that we do not offer refunds for application errors. Freshly lacquered or painted surfaces should be allowed to dry for at least three to six weeks to completely cure. Extra precaution should be used when applying wall graphics to “Low VOC” or “Zero VOC” paints as these paints may exhibit lower adhesion levels. If you are worried about the decal’s ability to adhere to your surface, you are welcome to request a free test decal before you purchase.
SHIPPING
Our vinyl ships via USPS First Class. If the package received is damaged or our service falls short of your expectation, please kindly reach out to us as your first point of contact. International shipping rates and customs fees vary depending on the country. Delays due to customs may be experienced. We would be happy to help with any issues you may run into.
