Blanket Types:

Fleece: Soft fleece blankets are great all-around blankets and look great no matter what you print.

Minky: Minky, or plush blankets, are those super soft/comfy blankets that everyone LOVES. Our most popular and softest baby blanket!

Sherpa: Gorgeous printing on a smooth front side with the warmth and comfort of a Sherpa back side. Perfect for staying warm!

Swaddle: A soft and stretchy polyester jersey fabric perfect for baby swaddle and receiving blankets.

Sizes:

We offer 11 different blanket material/size combinations. Types and sizes are as follows.

Fleece, Minky, and Sherpa:

30″ x 40″
50″ x 60″
60″ x 80″

Swaddle:

26″ x 39″
37″ x 55″

As is standard within the industry, listed blanket sizes are approximate. Exact dimensions may vary slightly (typically no greater than 2″).

Colors:

We can print your custom blanket in any color you want! Popular colors are listed in our support pictures. Custom requests can be made via the Personalization field with a color name or hex code. Digital proofs will be provided before checkout but please note that as is industry standard colors on computer monitors may vary some when compared to the actual printed product.

All blankets we offer have a white back side and are only printed on a single side.

Blanket Care:

To properly care for your blanket please carefully follow the instructions on the blanket’s tag. Generally speaking, this will be a cold water delicate cycle for the washing machine and a low heat tumble dry for the dryer. Nonetheless, tag instructions should be followed exactly.

Swaddle blankets should be hand washed and air dried.

In all cases, do NOT use harsh detergents, fabric softener, or bleach. Do NOT iron.

Processing & Shipping Time

With the exception of large orders, which we assume you don’t need unless you’re buying for an entire neighborhood all at once, we print your custom blanket in 3-5 business days. Production time during the holidays (Nov 15 – Jan 1st) is 10 business days so please place your blanket order in a timely fashion.

How fast you get your blanket also depends on what shipping option you choose during checkout! Please choose expedited shipping if you need your blanket fast and/or during seasonal periods when production time is longer. If you need your blanket by a certain date, please let us know by what date you need it so we can let you know what shipping option is needed and if your target date is feasible.

We primarily use DHL to ship blanket orders. All blanket orders are produced and shipped from the midwestern United States. Rates are calculated by at checkout based on the address in your account.

Printing Process:

All of our blankets are printed with love on world-class sublimation printers for gorgeous printing and long-lasting blankets. Dye-sublimation printing is both kid and pet safe and will hold up when cleaned per the instructions above. We are 100% confident you’ll love the gorgeous and long-lasting blanket that you will get. Please note, white ink in any design on any blanket does not print. Rather, any white elements in the design will use the background color of the blanket.

Additional FAQ:

Gift Wrap

We do not currently offer any gift wrapping options for our custom-printed blankets. All other custom-printed items sold by Kate & Meri can include gift wrap options if selected during the checkout process.

Gifts / Invoice-less Orders

If you’re buying your blanket as a gift please check the “This order is a gift” checkbox on the Cart page during checkout. This will ensure that no prices will be shown on any of the package contents. You can also add any other notes to the order when checking this box.

Do all items ship together?

With the exception of blankets, all items we sell will ship from the same location. Blankets are shipped separately. Due to varying production times, your items are likely to arrive on different dates.

What is your refund and return policy?

Anytime it is our mistake – printing or shipping – we will of course make sure you are either refunded or sent a replacement blanket at no charge to you.

In cases where it is not our fault, there is some difficulty due to the nature of custom products. Nonetheless, we’re moms just like you. If you aren’t 100% happy with your blanket contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right. We want you to be happy and will do everything we can to make it happen!

What is your cancellation policy?

If you absolutely need to cancel your order please do so before it ships. Per the previous question, custom orders present some challenges when it comes to cancellations as we print these on demand and do not hold inventory that can be re-sold, especially when we’ve fulfilled it correctly. Nonetheless, contact us and we will do our best to make it right and ensure you are happy!

What happens with a wrong address?

Because we use calculated shipping as offered by this means that the shipping address is filled out automatically through based on the information you enter at checkout or have on file. Because of this, we are not responsible for any information that is entered incorrectly.
