*PERSONALIZATION*
1. Name + Font for blanket: capitalization matters! If you are wanting BLOCK font instead of SCRIPT font, please specify here.
2. Yarn: specify yarn color(s) here and chunky or thin — if you don’t see the yarn color you are wanting, we most likely have it! Send a color swatch or example photo for us to color match!
3. Placement: please specify if you want diagonal or straight across placement. If left blank, I am happy to decide for you!
4. Designs – if you choose the design option, please specify which small design you are wanting here
Design examples include (but not limited to): star, daisies, cloud, mushroom, paw-print, mouse ears, rainbow, sun, half sun, crescent moon, etc. ***If you have other shape ideas you don’t see listed here, please ask and we will see what we can do!
