Can the Wall Decals Be Applied to Any Wall?
Installation requirements: If your house is newly painted, congratulations, but you must wait 30 days before installation. Walls need to be clean and dust-free for proper adhesion. Clean your walls with water and allow them to air dry for a few hours. The surface should be flat; bumpy and textured walls are NOT ideal and may lead to air bubbles and curled edges.
If uncertain about the decal’s compatibility with your wall, conduct a simple at-home test. Apply a piece of masking or washing tape to the desired area; the masking tape serves as an indicator of the decals’ adherence.
Our wall decals allow residue-free removal for up to 2 years. However, be cautious when applying to very old walls or furniture, as the paint may peel off during removal if it was already flaky or in poor condition.
Can I Return My Order?
Absolutely. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if the items are in their original packaging and haven’t been applied to your walls.
