SHIPPING POLICY
After the order is shipped, Minivalley is not responsible for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. Unfortunately delays from the postage provider may occur from time to time and this is out of our control. If nobody is home to receive the order, the postage provider reserves the right to leave it in a safe place if there is a place out of sight. If the driver does not believe there is a safe place, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection or a designated pick-up point. Minivalley is not liable for parcels that show as delivered and go
missing.
