Mix and match items (each sold separately) to get the exact look you want for your precious little one! Our items are proudly manufactured in the USA to the highest quality standards that produces a vibrant, soft, and comforting product. Our proprietary fabrics are ultra soft with just the right amount of stretch – something our customers rave about! Everything is made to order allowing our customers to get the styles and customization they want! Our print method produces a “no feel” touch using baby and eco-friendly ink that will never fade, chip, dull no matter how many washes. Our items are unique keepsakes, perfect for coming home from the hospital, vibrant for newborn pictures, and also versatile for daily use at home!

Personalization:
1. Select the item to be personalized (each item is sold separately).
2. Select your font choice. (Preview baby’s name with the links below! We are not responsible for replacing your item if you “don’t like the font” as we have provided all the links for you to view what the name will look like in advance.)
3. Type the desired name in the personalization field. Please enter the name exactly how you would like it printed and double check the spelling. Your order will be printed exactly how you type it in. Please use alphabet characters only – no emojis, symbols, etc.
*We will be unable to change the name after you submit your order. Please keep in mind that the more characters you use, the smaller the text size will be on your order. If you do 2 names the name will be printed straight across and will be smaller overall. See the information photo for reference.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Everything in our shop is custom made / made to order, therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us directly through messages if there are any issues with your order. We are always happy to help and want you to be satisfied with your order!

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES TO ORDERS:
We are generally not able to make changes or cancellations after you have placed your order. Please double check your order before checking out. If we are able to accommodate your change request, we will ask you to place an entirely new order and we will cancel the prior order to ensure accuracy with our production system.

PROCESSING / SHIPPING TIMES:
Our items generally take 3-10 business days to make. Please see the “Estimated Delivery” date to get an approximate date range of when you will receive your item. Please remember everything is custom made to order so we do need an appropriate amount of time to make the item(s). You can upgrade your shipping from USPS to a 2 Day option at checkout, but note this will only change the estimated shipping time, not the production time. If you are on a deadline to receive items for an event that is prior to the last “Estimated Delivery” date quotes we suggest shopping from our “Ready to Ship” section which are premade items we can generally get out quickly. Please remember once your order reaches the carrier we have no control over shipping time frames, delivery, etc. We do not provide refunds or discounts due to shipping delays from the carrier. We also do not pay for shipping again if the item is returned to our shop from the carrier. Make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before finalizing your order. If you have questions, please message us in advance.

We have done our best to accurately represent the color, position, size, and scale of our designs. The finished product may be slightly different than appears in some of our images. Actual colors may vary slightly from images on . This is due to the fact that each computer monitor / phone has a different ability to display colors, digital images always look more vibrant, lighting affects colors in photography, and eyes interpret colors differently. It is impossible to guarantee color matching to your screen. Please message us in advance if you are concerned about your order. We are always happy to help!
