Product Installation
-Please make sure you apply the decals on a clean,smooth and dry with dust free surface,not recommended for grainy and deep textured or freshly painted wall.If you are not sure about the surface you could show us the photo to have a look.

ABOUT THE SHIPPING
Generally we will ship your order with Japan Post or DHL,the tracking number will be provided.DHL epxress may take about 4-7 business days to deliver to most countries in the world,Japan Post will take about 6-10 business days to deliver to most countries.Sometimes the delivery time may delay for couple days due to holiday or poor weather.
TAX FEE/DUTY
Buyers will be charged the VAT taxes/customs fees if you are from Europe and Canada by our experience,our shipment does NOT include any Taxes/duty so buyers should be responsible for it.
ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY
